Does the applicant need a job offer, employer, sponsor, transfer relationship or other employer involvement? What is important about that employer relationship?

The employer applies via the PBGB self-service portal with a copy of the employment contract or binding job offer; the employer must be entered in the Estonian commercial register (unless a public-law legal person).
