For the relevant traveller scope, is a visa, electronic authorisation, visa on arrival or no advance visa normally required?

A foreign citizen wishing to enter Egypt generally must first obtain an e-Visa via the Egypt e-Visa Portal. Nationals of the countries listed on the portal can be issued an e-Visa on application; the list includes, among others, Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
