The required level is certified by a letter from the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic confirming that the applicant has met the requirements to do the training.

The applicant and their foreign employer must have agreed that the applicant will improve skills and qualifications through training with Czech legal entities and natural persons; the purpose is proven by a letter from the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic that the training requirements are met.
You can apply for a long-term visa for the purpose of training if you and your foreign employer have agreed that you will improve your skills and qualifications with Czech legal entities and natural persons in the form of training.

The holder typically stays employed by the original foreign employer, paid by that employer, and has no work relationship with the Czech entity; the stay only serves to acquire practical skills for the foreign employer. The visa lasts at most 6 months.
It is typical for this kind of training that the holders of a long-term visa for the purpose of training stay employed with their (original) foreign employer for as long as the residence permit is valid, receiving their salary from the foreign employer. In practice, there is no work relation between the employee and the natural person or legal entity with a business address in the Czech Republic, the employee only acquires practical skills and knowledge for their foreign employer.
How long is this visa valid for? For a maximum of 6 months.
The visa is granted for up to 6 months. A visa issued for less than 6 months may be extended for the same purpose only up to a total of 6 months; the extension is filed no later than the last day of validity and no earlier than 90 days before expiry, with a CZK 1,000 fee and 14-day processing.
