What duration, renewal and accelerated or normal longer-term residence pathway is officially stated?

This is a discretionary grant of citizenship: the Ministry of the Interior 'may (not must)' grant it. The filing authority forwards the application to the Ministry of the Interior within 30 days, which decides within 180 days of receipt. Citizenship is acquired on the day of the citizenship oath (the oath may be waived for reasons of special consideration); the oath must be taken within 12 months of delivery of the invitation, otherwise the proceedings are stopped and the grant revoked.
