For the relevant traveller scope, is a visa, electronic authorisation, visa on arrival or no advance visa normally required?

For a traveller who needs a Cuban tourist visa, the EvisaCuba portal provides an online tourist-visa application: the applicant selects the country and Cuban consulate, submits nationality and passport data, selects a payment method, and receives visa details by email after consular approval. The manual does not provide a nationality-by-nationality visa-exemption matrix, so it does not establish that every traveller must apply.

Limits of the record
  • The official manual gives no complete nationality and passport exemption matrix; an individual traveller’s visa requirement must be checked against current Cuban consular instructions.
