1. Los que determine la Autoridad de Visas e Inmigración de acuerdo con la circunstancia particular.

Where/how is permission obtained when required, and under what important circumstances can a stay be extended or changed?

Permission is a visa decided by the Visa and Immigration Authority. Exceptionally, the Authority may consider granting this visa more than once to the same person from within Colombia, recording the reasons. The visa does not allow dependants (beneficiary) applications.
