A person carrying on business in or from within the Islands who regularly employs persons not legally and ordinarily resident in the Islands on a temporary basis may make a single application each year to the Director for one or more business visitors' permits and for more than one visit, giving the information the Director requires for each person. The Director considers the relevant matters in section 58(2) to (4) and may impose conditions and limitations. A business visitors' permit shall not be issued for more than fourteen days on any one visit or for a person who is ineligible for a work permit under section 66(1).
