What work does the permission allow? Is the holder tied to an employer, occupation or sector? Can family accompany where clearly established?

The registration certificate lets the person work without a work permit only while a visa, visa-free stay or previously approved temporary residence is valid, for up to 90 days in a year (the 2023 amendment replaced "calendar year" with "a year"). Work may not start before the certificate is issued, and the employer may use the person only for the jobs named in the certificate. The permission is tied to the specific jobs and counterpart named in the certificate. The official source does not state family accompaniment.
