What work does the permission allow? Is the holder tied to an employer, occupation or sector? Can family accompany where clearly established?
The permit allows a travelling salesperson to visit Bermuda to sell products, which is not permitted without it. Applications are accepted only from a local business acting as an agent or from the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, and the permit carries restrictions as deemed appropriate by the Department upon recommendation by the Chamber. The official source does not state whether family may accompany the holder.
