What are the few decisive professional characteristics of the pathway: occupation, qualifications, experience, salary, skill level, shortage status, labour-market condition or equivalent?

For graduates of Austrian higher education the qualification itself replaces the scoring system: the source states expressly that there is no points system for graduates. What is decisive instead is that the job offer matches the level of qualification obtained and that the pay is the locally customary gross minimum salary which comparable Austrian graduates (junior employees) would receive. No labour market test is applied.
