This pathway is designed for full-time day study at an educational institution in Aruba recognised by the Directie Onderwijs, at MBO (secondary vocational education), HBO (higher professional education) or WO (scientific education) level; the proof of enrolment must be from a government-recognised institution. The student must be an adult (18 years or older).

The student must follow a full-time day study at a recognised institution and prove solvency through study financing (scholarship and/or study loan) or other demonstrable financial means to cover living and study costs in Aruba; alternatively, a guarantor with an average annual income of at least AWG 50,000.00 may stand surety. The student must have private insurance for the study period and a rental agreement or confirmation of suitable housing, and must complete medical results, including a medical certificate, within 30 days after arrival.
