What type of institution/course must accept or enrol the applicant?

The applicant must present an electronic enrolment certificate (Constancia de Inscripción Electrónica) from an institution registered with the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones. Depending on the category, additional documents such as an international agreement or acceptance letter may be required.
