For the relevant traveller scope, is a visa, electronic authorisation, visa on arrival or no advance visa normally required?

This route does not itself give entry permission: it is for a bona fide visitor already admitted at a lawful port of entry who wishes to remain longer than the time specified in the entry permit. The visitor must apply for an extension of the entry permit at least one week before the permit issued at the port of entry expires. No person who is not a citizen of Antigua and Barbuda has an unqualified right to be granted an extension. The official source does not state which travellers need a visa to enter.
