Which nationalities and age range can participate?

G.3 is Andorra's temporary immigration authorisation for young people with a work option. It can be applied for by any newly arrived young person aged between 18 and 30 who is a national or legal resident of a country that has signed an agreement with the Principality of Andorra establishing youth travel programmes for training or leisure with the possibility of working. Applicants who are not nationals of that country must prove legal residence in it.

What are the defining limitations: quota, ballot, previous participation, employer limits, study limits or equivalent?

Access depends entirely on the bilateral agreement: the applicant must produce a letter from the ministry responsible for Foreign Affairs certifying that they can benefit from the agreement signed between Andorra and their country, and must prove sufficient economic means in accordance with the content of that agreement. What funds, insurance, onward travel or similar preparation is particularly important?

Applicants must prove sufficient economic means in accordance with the content of the bilateral agreement, and must provide proof of accommodation and proof of health insurance covering 100% of any medical or health expense during the stay in Andorra and, where applicable, repatriation.
